1. CDIL maintains a strict Privacy Policy and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell, rent, or otherwise share or disclose personally identifiable information about you to or with others except in case called for by an authorized body or official of the Government of India in pursuance to the laws of India.
2. Other than personally identifiable information, any information, material or communications you send to CDIL through the websites will be treated as non-confidential information. For any such non-confidential information you do send, you hereby agree that CDIL is free to use the information for any purpose without compensation.
3. We collect personal and demographic information. Personal information is any information that you choose to submit to us and that is specific to your identification (i.e. name, address, phone number, e-mail). Demographic information is information that cannot be associated with you personally (i.e. domain information, zip/pin codes, areas of interest).

When you request a service, submit feedback, or participate in an interaction with CDIL, it is necessary for you to offer certain personal information about yourself so that we could serve your needs. We will not send you information unless you specifically request it, or we feel that the information would benefit your business needs. If you decide that you do not want to receive further information, please contact us and request to be removed from the contact list. When you sunmit a RFQ or request for information from us, a representative of the Company may contact you to follow up.
5. The demographic information that is collected through our site is used to evaluate how our site is used and how it can be improved. It may also be used for marketing analysis.
6. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting to or from the Websites any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.
